Alesha Mack is a Key Accounts Manager and oversees the Client Service Team at Saxon Financial Services.

Alesha has three children who are the light of her world. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new activities with them and one day plans to travel the world together.

Alesha Mack has over 22 years of Customer Service experience and over 18 years of being in the insurance industry. At Saxon, Alesha is responsible for assisting clients with processing enrollments, enrollment changes, and escalated benefits and claims questions.

Alesha is the first point of contact for all Account Executive's and Client’s needs. Prior to joining Saxon Financial, she worked for a large insurance company where she provided excellent leadership and guidance to a staff of 35 employees. She takes that experience into her everyday work here at Saxon since she does oversee the service team.

During her time here at Saxon, Alesha has volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, Families Forward, Warm Welcomes Foster Care Outreach, and Saxon's Back to School drive for Nelson & Associates, etc.!
