Jamie Charlton is the founding partner and CEO of Saxon.

Jamie’s primary focus is in the employee benefit arena serving as an Employer Consultant for businesses seeking to offer a competitive benefits package that complements the employer’s overall business strategy.

Jamie is well-versed in consumer-driven models, and believes that benefits should work to enhance both the business and the employee.

Jamie heads a dynamic, service-first team that believes in taking a hands-on, back-office approach to client matters in order to save the client time and energy working directly with the respective insurance carriers.

Jamie has been in the financial service industry since graduating from the University of Michigan in 1998. After a short stint in the corporate finance world, he launched Saxon in December of 2001.

He holds his Life/Health License, his Series 7,24,63 & 65, and has also earned the Certified Financial Planning designation. Jamie's area of expertise is designing strategic employee benefit plans based on client needs.

Jamie is ardently dedicated to giving back to his community working with a variety of non-profits via the Saxon Community Strong initiative. In addition, he serves as the Vice Chair of the Northern Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Member of Sharonville Cultural Arts Center, and a Board Member of Operation Give Back.

In his downtime, you can find Jamie is dedicating his time to his wife, Amy, and their 5 wonderful children. He often spends his afternoons and weekends coaching his son's sports teams. As a family, they love to be outside, especially on the boats or fishing during summertime and snow skiing in the winter.
