Matthew Bosse is a Senior Account Analyst at Saxon.

When it’s time to be off-the-clock, Matthew spends it with his Mini Goldendoodle named Jameson and with his close family and friends. He enjoys anything outdoors and working up a sweat, from landscaping to boating. Matthew also loves to build model cars, go golfing, playing pickup soccer, building fun projects and taking a break with friends.

Experience

Matthew’s journey to becoming an Senior Account Analyst at Saxon began at Sunspot Pool and Patio during his 4-year, academic career. It taught him the importance of professional communication, as well as how to resolve issues for a customer in the best possible way. Prior to that, Matthew ran his own lawn and landscaping business, which helped him gain experience in being a self-starter. These experiences have led Matthew to have a strong work ethic, living by: You will not see satisfactory achievements if no action is taken to get there."

He holds a Bachelors in Arts and Sciences from Xavier University with a major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Matthew reminisced on his time in school as taking full advantage of being an engaged student. He was on the Board of Directors for the school’s “X-treme Fans”, which helped control student engagement at D1 sporting events. Matthew loved to be involved, also participating as: the President and co-creator of XU One Heart Club, which strived to bring awareness of Heart Disease and Strokes to college students on campus; a Member of Athletes in Action, a Christian bible study group; and the Student Manager of the D1 Women’s Basketball team. Being active at Xavier taught Matthew critical areas of experience, including leadership, scheduling, communication, organization, networking, teamwork, and giving back to others. He was also named Manager of the Month at XUWBB.

Being born with Congenital Heart Disease, Matthew and his family are actively involved with the American Heart Association. Matthew leads his local AHA team in fundraising and awareness efforts, such as getting his family, friends and community to participate in the Cincinnati walk downtown each year. He is also passionate about Relay for Life and has been involved in some of the charity’s events.
