Russ Goldner is a Group Benefits Consultant at Saxon.

Since 2005, Russ has been expanding his expertise in the employee benefits industry specializing in core benefits such as Health, Dental and List Insurance, as well as Supplemental Benefits such as Short- and Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital and Long-Term Care Insurance.

Russ has degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He holds a Life, Accident and Health Certification in multiple states in addition to being certified in Long-Term Care Insurance.

Russ actively participates in continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with all of the latest employee benefits trends and insurance products to better serve his clients. He also participates in SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) educational events to stay sharp on all aspects and functions of HR.

Outside of work, Russ is heavily involved in his community. He is a current Board Member of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, as well as serves as the Head of the Chamber Membership Committee. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio-based non-profit, "A Kid Again" working to raise awareness and funds for Children with Critical Illness.

Russ is an avid collector of "things with his favorites being historical American coins, stamps and refrigerator magnets from all over the world. He is passionate about singing and, along with his wife, are members of the Sycamore Community Singers who perform locally and around the world.

In his downtime, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Ginger, while taking walks in the local park and playing tennis.
